Eligibility
Nominees for the award must be:
- Employed in the public service for no less than 4 years
- In the position for two consecutive years.
- A national of the Commonwealth of Dominica or non-national working and residing in Dominica for more than five years.
The Award
The award will consist of the presentations of certificates, plaques/trophies, and an honorarium of an approved amount, to the most outstanding officer in each category.
